With over three decades of experience as a trained teacher, principal, and educator, I bring a comprehensive understanding of family dynamics to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

As a mother who has successfully guided my children to adulthood, I understand the joys and challenges of parenting. My 32-year-long successful marriage also showcases my ability to balance personal and family goals, creating a harmonious household.

Like many moms, I found myself juggling a million things, trying to balance it all. I reached a breaking point. My health, career, and overall happiness had hit rock bottom. Exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed, I struggled, and it took a toll on my self-confidence and my family.

One pivotal day, I lost control and yelled at my two boys, "We are on the same boat, and we need to row in the same direction!" Their concerned faces made me realize that I wasn't okay. It was a moment of self-reflection that led to a crucial realization: as a mom, I am the executive of the household.

Effective leadership requires a clearly laid-out structure. You can't build a thriving team through force; kids might not quit on their parents, but they can certainly push your buttons.
