A NO NONSENSE GUIDE

to Stop Bribing, Paying or Yelling at your Kids for them to get their Chores Done

Why Do I Have to Lose My đŸ’© Just to Get My Kids to Listen?

We’ve all been there.

You ask sweetly.
You repeat yourself—still calm.
And then suddenly
you’re yelling like a drill sergeant and wondering:

“Why does no one listen until I lose it?”

If you're tired of the cycle—of asking nicely, then nagging, then exploding—you are not alone.

You're not crazy. Your kids aren’t broken. And no, you're not a “bad mom.”

But let’s be honest: you shouldn’t have to scream to be heard.

Yes, I need this.

There’s a Better Way... One That Actually Works

This guide isn’t another checklist or reward chart. It’s a simple, sanity-saving shift that gets your kids to actually help—without you turning into the angry version of yourself you don’t even recognize.

Here’s the kind of thing you’ll walk away with:

A clear weekly target the whole family works toward (yes, even the most 'selectively motivated' helpers 😉)

Rewards that feel like wins—not paychecks for doing the bare minimum

A way to get the jobs done without nagging, begging, or micromanaging

The real reason tying chores to allowance backfires—and what builds responsibility instead

You’ll stop managing like a boss and start leading like a mom who knows what she’s doing.

No more yelling. No more resentment. Just one solid win at a time.

Okay wow, this might actually help.

Meet The Co-Creators

Motherhood isn’t meant to be a solo journey. Motherhood is a relentless balancing act. You’re managing the household, raising kids, keeping up with schedules, and somewhere in between, trying to hold onto your own identity. You want to create a home that feels strong, connected, and purpose-driven... but let’s be real, no one ever handed you a strategy for that, did they?

That’s exactly why Sunny Jensen and Jenn Ashby joined forces and founded the Create Family Project. To serve and support YOU. This community isn’t just about feeling better or staying motivated—it’s about having the tools, strategies, support, and real-life examples to create a home that thrives. Not a perfect home, a strong one. A home where systems replace stress, teamwork replaces exhaustion, and you finally feel in control.

Meet Sunny Jensen

Sunny combines 28 years of raising her two adult children, with 30 years of experience working along side moms and their  families as an educator and strategist, teaching moms how to run their homes with leadership, instead of coping in survival mode. Because let’s face it... when the family is off course and things feel chaotic and disconnected, it holds everyone back. Success outside the home starts with stability inside the home.

Meet Jenn Ashby

Jenn has spent over 17 years building communities and helping women build wealth, and in every space she created, family naturally became part of the picture. Moms were showing up to business meetings with their kids in tow, while their children would wave hello on her zooms and webinars.... because that’s real life. She’s seen firsthand the power of women growing together—not just financially, but in strength, love, and purpose.
