FOR ENTERPRISE
⎯⎯⎯

Strengthen the family.
Strengthen the workforce.

A measurable family operating system
deployed as an employee benefit.

When the home runs on friction, that friction follows employees to work. Create Family Institute addresses the household instability driving absenteeism, distraction, and retention risk, before it reaches your organization.

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM
⎯⎯⎯⎯

Family friction follows employees to work.

Morning conflict, rushed routines, and unresolved household pressure create tension before the workday begins. Employees arrive late, distracted, or already depleted. That pattern repeats five days a week.

Reduced focus and lower daily output are often addressed as performance problems. In many cases the source is not performance. It is an unstable household that no one has ever taught the employee how to run.

Create Family Institute addresses the household operating gap directly, giving working parents the foundation, the direction, and the written plans their families need to operate without friction.

WHAT CFI DELIVERS
⎯⎯⎯

Operational household stability.
Measurable workforce signals.

CFI deploys a sequenced ten-course curriculum that gives working parents the foundation their households need to operate without friction. Each course produces one written plan. Ten plans produce one complete family operating system.

Access the White Paper

Defined household direction and daily operating plans

Parents establish where the family is going, how the home operates day to day, and who owns what inside the household. Clarity at home reduces cognitive load before the workday begins.

Reduced morning friction and schedule stability

Documented routines, defined roles, and consistent expectations replace reactive daily management. Employees arrive on time, prepared, and without the residue of an unresolved morning at home.

Ten written family plans that hold over time

Each course produces one written plan the parent keeps and implements. Written plans hold. Verbal intentions do not. The difference is measurable at the household level and visible at the workforce level.

Designed to complement, not replace, existing EAP and mental health benefit programs.

VALIDATED PILOT RESULTS
⎯⎯⎯

Measured implementation.
Validated under real-world
household conditions.

The initial pilot cohort was deployed over six months with 22 participating families under real-world conditions. All metrics were measured through baseline and post-cohort surveys with structured monthly check-ins.

THE FOUNDER
⎯⎯

Sunny Jensen

Founder — Create Family Institute

For over 25 years Sunny Jensen has worked with families across the United States, Australia, and South Africa. She directed a private school through full WASC accreditation, has delivered programs to military communities and public audiences across three countries, and brings a career that spans classroom teaching, school administration, and organizational management.

Create Family Institute was built from a single observation made across every environment Sunny has worked in. When the household has no operating foundation, everything downstream becomes harder. The institution was built to change that through a sequenced curriculum system that gives working parents the plans their families need.
